廢氣由風管引入噴淋塔,經過填料層,廢氣與自上而下的液體進行氣液兩相傳質,降溫,且顆粒、粘附性物質被吸收,且廢氣經除霧板脫水除霧。
Exhaust gas is introduced into the spray tower from the duct. The gas and liquid which from the top to the below are transferred the mass through the filler layer. Then the gas is cooled, and particles, adhesion material are absorbed. The water in the exhaust is removed by the defogging plate.光催化模塊,利用TiO2作為光催化劑,經紫外線(UV)照射后,產生活性物質羥基自由基(?OH)與活性氧(?O,H2O2),其可將部分廢氣迅速分解為CO2和H2O等

When high pressure discharges, the gas in the air is broken down, and electrons, mixture of ions, atoms and free radicals, are produced. They cause the macromolecules in the exhaust gas decompose into small molecules in a very short period of time.
